It's been confirmed that our Houston alum, Shantel VanSanten has been tapped to play a series regular role on WB's One Tree Hill! The rising star will play the role of Quinn, one of Haley's free-spirited older sisters. Don't forget to catch her in the upcoming Final Destination coming out later this summer!
