From the Lone Star State to the Big Apple, newly signed Elite model Kyla Blue went from fixing/repairing computers in College Station to pounding the pavements of New York for some major magazine go-sees (we can't divulge until more is confirmed, but all we can say is Conde Nast and Hearst, SHHHHH!!!)
We got a quick email update from the bubbly 19-year old on her first trip to New York...
"I will be in NY for 6 weeks. I have done 3 test shoots so far and will be doing an underwater shoot in Connecticut tomorow. My first week started out a little rough, it takes me a while to get used to a new city, but within the last few days i have come to enjoy New York. The subway is easy to use, and everything is only a few blocks away, so it is easy to walk everywhere. THE PIZZA IS GREAT HERE. They fed me some margherita pizza at a photo shoot and i must say i have fallen in love. Today, Sunday, is my first day off and i have spent the morning working on my distance education work that i am doing through Texas Tech. I will actually be attending Tech this coming spring."
